[Remote] Oracle SCM Cloud Project Manager

KAPITAL is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud implementations and enhancements. The role involves driving project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Oracle SCM Cloud initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and deployment teams
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive status reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and success criteria
- Ensure successful delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across multiple business functions
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and project documentation
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, training, and deployment activities
- Monitor project health and proactively mitigate risks and roadblocks
- Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams
- Support organizational change management and user adoption activities
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and project delivery methodologies
Skills
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading ERP or Oracle Cloud projects
- 3+ years managing Oracle SCM Cloud implementations or support programs
- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as: Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Cost Management
- Experience managing full project lifecycle from requirements through go-live and hypercare
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing distributed and offshore teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting automotive supply chain operations, manufacturing, supplier collaboration, and inventory management processes
- Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive suppliers or OEM environments
- Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience in manufacturing organizations
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SCM integrations
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
