[Remote] Pivot into AI Engineering - Paid Apprenticeship Training Program (For Practicing Software Engineers)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bletchley Fellowship is offering a 15-month AI Engineering Accelerated Track in partnership with Flatiron School, designed for practicing software engineers. This paid apprenticeship program allows participants to gain hands-on experience in AI engineering while completing coursework in AI and Data Science, culminating in a certification from Flatiron School.

Responsibilities

• 20 hrs/week paid apprenticeship with an employer partner on production AI work
• 20 hrs/week AI & Data Science coursework

Skills

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Availability for 40 hrs/week for 14 months
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S. (we're unable to sponsor visas or accommodate transfers)
• Must pass Flatiron's Aptitude Assessment (no coding required), Behavioral Interview, and Technical Interview
