[Remote] Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute meetings and events, managing logistics and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing pharmaceutical meetings and events from concept through close-out
- Managing multiple priorities at once, typically 4–6 programs simultaneously
- Communicating clearly with clients, co-workers, and service providers
- Solving problems quickly, staying organized, and keeping deadlines on track
- Leading cross-functional teams, coordinating logistics, and managing event materials
Skills
- Planning and executing pharmaceutical meetings and events from concept through close-out
- Managing multiple priorities at once, typically 4–6 programs simultaneously
- Communicating clearly with clients, co-workers, and service providers
- Solving problems quickly, staying organized, and keeping deadlines on track
- Leading cross-functional teams, coordinating logistics, and managing event materials
- Ability to travel up to 75% and a valid passport
- A four-year degree in a business-related program
- Two years of experience in meeting planning or closely related roles
- Success supporting small- and large-scale meeting program formats
- Proficiency in Cvent, Word, Excel, and HTML
