Tier4 Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize their Salesforce environment and drive improvements that support business growth and efficiency. The role involves evaluating the current system, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support to users while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and understand our current Salesforce environment and recommend improvements aligned to business goals
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions using standard platform functionality
  • Support day-to-day system administration, user management, and issue resolution
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain documentation, ensure clear communication, and provide ongoing support to users
  • Gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Manage profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy
  • Configure fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, apps, and actions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Develop and maintain Flows, assignment rules, and other automation tools
  • Improve business processes using Salesforce best practices
  • Configure queues, statuses, and skill-based routing
  • Support email-to-case and web-to-lead functionality
  • Manage deployments and releases using Copado
  • Perform system maintenance, monitor updates, and use Salesforce Optimizer
  • Ensure system performance, stability, and scalability

Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • At least 100 Trailhead badges demonstrating ongoing platform learning
  • Experience with Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience with AgentForce (badges, exposure, or hands-on experience required)
  • Hands-on experience with core Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Experience with Copado or similar release management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
