[Remote] VP Marketing - Dental
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSG Talent is partnering with a high-growth dental manufacturer seeking a Vice President of Marketing - Dental. This role involves full ownership of the company's marketing strategy and demand generation across North America, while leading a diverse team and managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Sales to build a seamless pipeline, ensuring high-quality marketing-qualified leads are transitioned efficiently to the sales team
- Leverage CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to continuously refine the marketing funnel, improving conversion rates and demonstrating clear ROI
- Build and scale a best-in-class lead generation capability to fuel the national sales force
- Develop and own go-to-market strategies for new restorative solutions, implant lines, and digital scanning technologies
- Create and curate educational content, webinar programmes, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships that cement the company's authority across the dental industry
- Shape and lead an ambitious, insight-driven marketing strategy that reinforces and extends the company's leadership position in the market
- Champion a unified brand experience, maintaining a premium, consistent presence at every touch point
- Lead, develop, and expand a multi-disciplinary team spanning creative, digital, communications, and events
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies
- Skilled at translating complex data sets into clear marketing insights, with hands-on experience across CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Exceptional executive presence, influencing senior stakeholders up to Board level and driving alignment across functions
Skills
- Experience in the Dental or Medical Device industries
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing
- History leading high performance marketing teams in a B2B environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales and wider teams
- Analytical and result orientated
- MBA preferred
