[Remote] Staff Clinical Consultant

The Clinical Consultant will drive customer engagement through the design of clinical and business processes, ensuring successful adoption of Oracle's solutions and achieving targeted project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • An experienced clinical professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services
  • Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption
  • This role engages with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 5-years licensed health care practice, At least 1- year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
  • Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Advanced degree in Informatics
  • Background in working with Federal agencies
  • Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
