As a Enrollment Specialist, you will guide Canadians through the process of enrolling — helping them understand their options and take an important step toward protecting their families. We welcome candidates from all professional backgrounds. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct virtual enrollment consultations with clients across Canada
- Educate clients
- Complete applications accurately and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with attention to detail
- Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders including coverage reviews and policy updates
- Stay current on products and provincial regulations
- Track client interactions and enrollment progress in the company CRM
- Participate in regular team training and group coaching sessions
