Position Overview – Sell‑By‑Chat Representative (LATAM)

The Sell‑By‑Chat Representative (SBC) is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s growth engine. Working entirely remotely, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across the United States and Canada, engaging them through email, chat, and social platforms. Your role is to turn inbound curiosity into qualified sales conversations, nurture leads through a sophisticated lead‑management system, and ultimately drive revenue for our SaaS portfolio.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, offering a competitive compensation package of up to $2,500 USD per month, a 40‑hour work week, and the flexibility to operate from anywhere in the United States, Latin America, Colombia, or Kansas (USA). Availability during U.S. and Canadian time zones is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our sales and client success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries across email inboxes, live‑chat tools, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Craft compelling, personalized messages that resonate with prospects’ business challenges and showcase arenaflex’s SaaS solutions.

  • Schedule and confirm “Growth Sessions” – discovery calls that move prospects further down the sales funnel.

Lead Management System Development

  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to design, document, and continuously improve a scalable lead‑management workflow.
  • Implement automation tools, tagging conventions, and reporting dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into lead status and performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and track the rate of change within the SBC system to drive efficiency.

SaaS Expertise & Thought Leadership
