Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Own the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close software development projects.
  • Define clear project scopes, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and the development team.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality metrics, adjusting plans proactively to mitigate risks.

Customer‑Facing Communications & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring mutual understanding.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, demos, and reviews to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Anticipate and resolve client concerns swiftly, preserving trust and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Cross‑Functional Team Collaboration

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven project management experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on customer‑facing communication.
  • Methodologies: Demonstrated mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall where appropriate.
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
