Why This Role Matters

Our Customer Service Team is the backbone of arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and other healthcare professionals who rely on us for timely medication deliveries. Your ability to handle high call and email volumes, resolve complex shipping and accounting issues, and maintain a friendly, solution‑focused demeanor will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the efficiency of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Volume Communication: Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly, ensuring that each interaction is handled within the first few rings and that callers never feel “passed around.”
  • Order & Shipping Coordination: Track packages, investigate warehouse errors, and resolve shipping issues to guarantee on‑time delivery of pharmaceutical products.
  • Financial Processing: Process credit applications, credit card and ACH payments, and generate invoices and statements for customers.
  • Returns Management: Handle product returns, issue credits, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Light Accounting Tasks: Perform basic accounting duties such as reconciling payments, updating customer accounts, and preparing financial reports as needed.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, finance, and sales teams to resolve complex issues that span multiple departments.
