This is a fully remote, work-from-home position based out of The Bronx, NY, with a competitive pay rate of $32 per hour. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the digital voice of a major national brand. Every conversation you have will shape the customer’s experience and reflect the high standards of arenaflex. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Exceptional Chat-Based Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, product questions, and complaints through live chat platforms in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Resolving Issues in Real Time: Troubleshooting basic technical issues, order discrepancies, shipping questions, and product concerns while providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Documenting Customer Interactions: Recording detailed notes from each chat session in our CRM system to ensure that information is available for future reference, follow-up, and quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Partnering with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying Opportunities for Improvement: Observing recurring customer pain points and proactively suggesting process enhancements that elevate service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining Brand Standards: Upholding the voice, tone, and values of arenaflex and the vendor partner in every customer interaction, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints.
  • Adapting to Flexible Schedules: Working within a flexible scheduling framework that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer demand and business needs.
  • Performing Additional Duties as Assigned: Supporting special projects, pilot programs, and team initiatives as needed.

What We Are Looking For: Required Skills and Qualifications
