Role Overview – Remote Data Entry Analyst (Data Protection & Privacy)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Data Entry Analyst to join our Data Protection & Privacy team. This remote position, based in Alaska, offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 and the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all data entered into our systems complies with internal policies, industry regulations, and global privacy standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including cybersecurity, legal, and product development—to translate complex privacy requirements into actionable data entry processes. Your work will directly support arenaflex’s commitment to safeguarding passenger information, protecting corporate assets, and maintaining the trust of millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, validate, and maintain privacy‑related data across multiple internal platforms.
  • Interpret and apply data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) to ensure compliance during data entry activities.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Office to develop and refine data entry standards, guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Conduct routine audits of entered data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or potential compliance risks.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for internal audits, regulatory reviews, and senior leadership.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data entry processes, changes, and version control for auditability.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members on privacy‑focused data entry procedures.
  • Participate in incident response activities when data anomalies are detected, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Stay current with emerging privacy trends, industry best practices, and evolving legal requirements to continuously improve data handling practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Must‑Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data‑centric role within a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Data Protection & Privacy requirements and policies at local, national, and international levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance is a core expectation for this remote position.
