Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Answer all incoming calls in Spanish and English, adhering to arenaflex’s quality standards, and initiate outbound calls for follow‑up, event invitations, and post‑sale support.
  • Customer Data Capture: Accurately record prospect information—including name, address, phone, email, product interest, and source—into the CRM system.
  • Product Expertise: Provide detailed answers about current vehicle nameplates, performance capabilities, and brand‑specific features, staying up‑to‑date with the latest automotive releases.
  • Needs Assessment: Ask targeted CRM and product questions to uncover consumer needs, then recommend appropriate fulfillment items, pricing, and equipment options.
  • Dealer Coordination: Locate authorized dealers using arenaflex’s dealerization guidelines, and facilitate warm transfers or direct customers to the nearest dealership.
  • Digital Navigation Assistance: Guide customers through brand websites, helping them locate specifications, financing tools, and service portals.
  • Escalation & Goodwill Management: Escalate unresolved issues to senior advisors, and provide goodwill gestures within client‑defined parameters.
  • Written Communication: Respond to email and chat inquiries with clear, courteous, and brand‑aligned messaging.
  • CRM Follow‑Up: Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to confirm receipt of fulfillment items, answer lingering questions, and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Event Promotion: Invite qualified customers to brand events, test drives, and virtual showcases, driving engagement and sales pipelines.
  • Process Adherence: Follow arenaflex’s Call and File handling procedures, stay current with internal policies, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
