We are currently hiring for our evening shift, scheduled from 5:00 PM to Midnight. This is a hybrid remote position based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana location (46268). What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll wear many hats throughout your shift. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident that their needs are being met. Below is a closer look at what your day-to-day will involve:

  • Manage High-Volume Inbound and Outbound Calls: You’ll handle a steady flow of calls from new and existing customers, efficiently navigating multiple systems while maintaining a warm and professional tone. Speed and accuracy are essential, but never at the expense of kindness.
  • Schedule Home Service Visits: You’ll coordinate appointments for customers, matching their needs with available service windows and technician schedules. Accuracy here keeps our field teams running smoothly and our customers happy.
  • Determine Customer Needs and Provide Solutions: Every call is different. Some customers are calling for the first time, others have ongoing concerns. You’ll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and offer tailored solutions that resolve their issues on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Communicate Across Phone and Email: While the phone is your primary tool, you’ll also handle written customer communications through email, ensuring tone, clarity, and professionalism in every message.
  • Deliver a Values-Driven Experience: arenaflex’s three core values aren’t optional — they’re the standard. You’ll naturally incorporate them into every interaction, making customers feel that they are talking to someone who genuinely cares.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Documenting customer interactions, updating account information, and flagging issues for follow-up are all part of keeping our service seamless and our records reliable.
  • Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Call volume can surge unexpectedly. You’ll stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Support Team Success: You’ll collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to a positive team culture even while working remotely.
  • Work a Variable Schedule: Flexibility is key. In addition to your standard evening shift, you’ll work one Saturday per month and be available for occasional overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: We’re a team that helps each other. From special projects to covering for teammates, you’ll be ready to step up when needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation is required to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Active Listening Skills: You don’t just hear customers — you understand them. You’ll pick up on subtle cues, ask clarifying questions, and respond in ways that show you genuinely care.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication is essential. You can explain complex information in simple terms and make every customer feel at ease.
  • Comfort with Multitasking: You’ll navigate multiple screens, systems, and conversations simultaneously. The ability to stay organized and focused under pressure is critical.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Call centers move quickly, and priorities can shift in an instant. You’re someone who thrives in dynamic settings.
  • Availability for the 5PM–Midnight Shift: This role requires evening and weekend availability. You must be open to working one Saturday per month and occasional overtime.
  • Ability to Sit for Extended Periods: This is primarily a seated role. You’ll need to remain comfortable and focused during long shifts.
  • Reliable Attendance: Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is non-negotiable. Our customers and your teammates depend on you.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills

  • Prior customer service, call center, or hospitality experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly Spanish
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid environments
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys thinking on your feet
