Position Summary – Part‑Time Inbound Chat Specialist (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to become the friendly voice (or rather, the friendly text) behind our online chat experience. As a Part‑Time Inbound Chat Specialist, you will engage directly with automotive shoppers, answer product‑related questions, schedule service appointments, and capture essential lead information for our dealer clients. This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the approved states listed below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound chat inquiries from prospective car buyers and service seekers.
  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service packages, and promotional offers.
  • Guide customers through the appointment‑booking process, ensuring all necessary details (date, time, location, service type) are captured.
  • Collect and verify contact information (name, phone, email) to generate qualified leads for dealer review.
  • Summarize each interaction in a concise, client‑friendly format that highlights the customer’s needs and next steps.
  • Continuously update and expand a shared knowledge base that reflects product changes, new features, and best‑practice responses.
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex support team to flag recurring issues, suggest improvements, and share insights from live chats.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail customer service, call‑center environments, or automotive sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with basic internet navigation, Windows‑based computers, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
