We are looking for a Global IT/OT Engineer to help bridge Operational Technology and IT, enabling secure, reliable, and scalable manufacturing data across our global operations. Key Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and enhance IT/OT data pipelines connecting manufacturing systems with enterprise platforms Troubleshoot manufacturing data, automation, and system integration issues Develop automated workflows, scripts, data transformations, and interfaces supporting operations Integrate data from process historians, MES, PLCs, and other OT sources Partner with Operations, Process Control, Quality, and Digital teams to drive data‑enabled plant performance Support global and site‑level digital initiatives and contribute to data governance and standardization Promote best practices in data modeling, automation, documentation, and scalable design Additional Responsibilities Support OT network segmentation and design in collaboration with IT and OT Security Define firewall rules and contribute to secure remote access and data extraction Create and maintain technical documentation and reference knowledge bases Participate in FAT/SAT testing and validation of OT network assets What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Experience in manufacturing, industrial data, automation, or engineering environments Solid understanding of manufacturing systems and IT/OT integration Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, ETL tools, or data platforms Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Familiarity with ISA‑95, ISA‑99, IEC 62443, 21 CFR Part 11, and Aveva PI Historian We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
