About the role As our Supply & Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of that mission, owning the full planning function for a brand that's stocked at Ulta, Target, Whole Foods, and Amazon and growing fast. This isn't a role where you clock in and follow the playbook. You'll be the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it, who builds the process before anyone asks, and who connects the dots between what's selling and what needs to be on the water. You bring equal parts analytical rigor and commercial instinct, and you're energized by the idea of making a real mark on a brand you actually believe in. What you'll do Supply Planning Manage the full production lifecycle from PO placement through to X-factory for your product portfolio and assigned vendors Develop and implement supply plans that meet customer demand while ensuring on-time delivery Submit all purchase orders, define production deadlines, and ensure on-time shipping Drive production through proactive daily vendor communication and relationship management Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply plans as needed to prevent stock-outs or overstocking Manage E-commerce inventory positions through weekly analysis and timely transfers Collaborate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and capacity planning Troubleshoot and resolve all issues affecting production deliverables Maintain production trackers and relevant systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) with up-to-date item, order, and delivery information Manage new product setup and ongoing maintenance including cost logs, BOMs, production files, product specs, and artwork Reconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the AP team Evaluate and communicate high-risk scenarios and potential supply disruptions Build strong vendor relationships and track performance against agreed standards Collaborate and maintain strong communication with cross-functional partners to raise risk awareness Demand Planning Own and maintain an accurate rolling 12-month demand forecast by SKU and account, minimizing forecast variability Continuously monitor and refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce error rates Reconcile forecasted units against Gross Sales financial forecasts to ensure alignment and reasonableness Prepare analysis and materials for S&OP Demand Review meetings, presenting and discussing reforecasts with key stakeholders Work closely with Sales and Marketing to gather market insights and align demand forecasts with business strategy Support new product introductions by building demand forecasts and ensuring seamless integration into the supply chain Manage SKU number changes and develop exit and phase-out strategies in partnership with the brand team Identify fast and slow sellers and develop action plans in collaboration with the broader business Produce weekly and monthly reporting tools to communicate demand performance and key planning metrics Communicate assortment and planning opportunities proactively to senior leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between Supply, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, and Customer Service teams to provide regular updates on delivery schedules and resolve issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with commercial demand Gather and synthesize information from across the business to produce accurate and meaningful demand projections Process & Reporting Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, order fill rate, and on-time delivery Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency Build scalable planning processes that can grow with the brand Provide timely, clear communication on production status and any updates that affect timing or supply Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a combined S&OP role — ideally within beauty, CPG, or a product-based consumer brand Demonstrated ability to manage both supply and demand planning functions independently Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to drive informed planning decisions Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with planning tools or ERP systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you identify issues before they become problems and come with solutions Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine enthusiasm for building structure where it doesn't yet exist Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability on production timeline ready to apply? please click the link below that will bring you to our careers page where you can submit your application + resume (cover letter optional). a member of our team will be in touch soon!
