We are looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Developer to join an international innovation team focused on building modern, AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle — from refining requirements and designing technical solutions to building, deploying, testing, and maintaining scalable applications. The team operates in an AI-first engineering model, using agents, automation, and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and redefine how software is built. A key part of this role is applying AI-enabled engineering using agents, with strong hands-on experience using tools such as Claude Code to support development workflows, automation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript (React) on the frontend and Python on the backend. Contribute to cloud-based solutions, primarily using AWS. Apply AI-enabled engineering practices using agents to accelerate software development and improve engineering productivity. Use Claude Code extensively as part of the development workflow, including skills, subagents, hooks, plugins, and related capabilities. Support the development and integration of AI-enabled features, automations, LLM-based solutions, agents, and RAG workflows. Work with prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM integration patterns for production-grade applications. Implement and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and reliable deployment practices. Collaborate with international stakeholders and technical teams, requiring strong communication skills in English. Proactively identify opportunities to improve architecture, engineering practices, productivity, automation, and system reliability. Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a strong focus on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Strong professional experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer. Solid frontend experience with TypeScript and React. Strong backend experience with Python. Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development. Strong experience with AI-enabled engineering using agents. Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code, including skills, subagents, hooks, plugins, and advanced agent-based development workflows. Experience with solutions involving AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, and/or RAG. Familiarity with AI/agentic frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and integrating LLMs into production applications. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other DevOps/cloud infrastructure tools. Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and maintainability. Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and/or end-to-end tests. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Previous experience working in innovation teams or fast-paced product environments. Ability to work with autonomy, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset. Advanced English skills for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
