Key Responsibilities: - Conduct remote health assessments for all employees, including reviewing medical history, current health status, and any potential risks or concerns - Monitor employee health and provide guidance and support for any health-related issues that may arise - Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies - Develop and implement health and safety protocols for remote employees, including ergonomic assessments and mental health support - Provide education and resources to employees on maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working remotely - Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote employee health and safety Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the state of California - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in employee health or occupational health - Strong understanding of remote work and its impact on employee health and well-being - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and laws We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
