Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, or travel industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
