As a remote member of the arenaflex Data Operations Center, you will serve as a trusted authority for corporate travel management (CTM) accounts, handling everything from contract negotiations to revenue analysis. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including legal, risk, sales, and marketing—to develop and execute contracts, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CTM (Corporate Travel Management) accounts, delivering expert guidance and support to ensure seamless travel experiences for corporate clients.
  • Develop and nurture strategic business relationships with CTM partners, focusing on expanding arenaflex’s presence in the corporate travel market.
  • Lead contract negotiations with minimal supervision, applying sound judgment to price analysis, margin optimization, and agreement execution.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to draft and finalize contract terms that protect arenaflex’s interests while meeting client expectations.
  • Analyze revenue, limits, and contract performance to ensure alignment with financial targets and profitability goals.
  • Partner with marketing and business development to create promotional initiatives that drive pipeline growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of CTM accounts, including onboarding, order processing, and ongoing coordination with the pricing team.
  • Support business development initiatives for additional corporate accounts, working closely with the revenue leadership team to capture new opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend strategic adjustments.
