[Remote] Legal Operations (Ironclad Contract Manager) - 20 hours/week

Legal.io is a leading social network tech company seeking a part-time Legal Operations Analyst / Contract Manager to support various internal legal initiatives. The role involves collaborating with the internal legal team to improve operational processes and supporting contract management systems like Ironclad.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal legal team to establish and improve operational processes and playbooks
- Support the implementation and optimization of contract management systems like Ironclad
- Contribute to the development and integration of AI Intake systems, specifically Sandstone
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and best practices Skills
- Proven experience in legal operations or contract administration
- Strong understanding of contract management tools, preferably Ironclad
- Demonstrated ability to review and analyze contracts effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Familiarity with AI-driven legal technologies, such as Sandstone Company Overview
