Become a part of our team U-Box International Shipping is looking for a motivated, independent thinker that has a passion for customer service and exhibits excellent decision-making skills. As a Shipping Operations Representative, you will monitor, track and update U-Box shipments to international destinations in our Transportation Management System and internal systems while coordinating with both US/CAN U-Haul locations and carrier representatives. This position is great for you if you are reliable, organized and can multitask / prioritize with ease. Daily tasks include Interacting / coordinating with co-workers, U-Haul International customers, U-Haul team-members / locations, and transportation companies via phone and email. Managing, tracking, and updating shipments and contracts in our internal software and transportation management system. Providing essential documents to U-Haul locations and carriers.
