Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Record Receptionist (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining and managing our records and communication efficiently. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the company's operational success. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. - Manage and maintain records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to projects and contracts. - Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service. - Schedule meetings and appointments for team members and ensure proper communication of schedules. - Support administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry. - Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and streamline processes. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
