Position Overview We are seeking a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry Clerk to join the arenaflex team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working independently, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep our dental lab operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Core Data Entry & Order Management

  • Accurately enter work orders, prescriptions, and case details into the arenaflex scheduling system based on instructions from dental offices.
  • Verify the completeness of each order by cross‑checking prescriptions, work tickets, and any accompanying notes before processing.
  • Maintain an organized digital queue to ensure timely delivery of cases to the appropriate laboratory departments.
  • Update order status in real time, providing transparent communication to internal teams and external clients.

Customer Communication & Conflict Resolution

  • Contact dental offices or accounts promptly when delivery conflicts arise, offering clear solutions and alternative scheduling options.
  • Answer incoming calls with a professional, courteous demeanor, addressing inquiries, providing status updates, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist customers via email or chat, documenting all interactions in the CRM system for future reference.

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

  • Prepare and label shipments for FedEx, UPS, and USPS, ensuring that all required documentation (prescription forms, boxes, labels) is attached correctly.
  • Track outbound packages, resolve any shipping discrepancies, and communicate delivery confirmations to the originating dental office.
  • Maintain an inventory of shipping supplies and reorder materials as needed to avoid workflow interruptions.

Administrative Support & General Duties

  • Perform routine office tasks such as operating printers, fax machines, postage devices, and credit‑card processing equipment.
  • Assist with nightly cleanup of the virtual workspace, ensuring that all files are properly archived and that the system remains organized.
  • Support supervisors with ad‑hoc projects, data analysis, or any other duties that contribute to the efficiency of the arenaflex team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, health services, or related fields is a plus.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license (required for occasional in‑person tasks or local pickups).
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with data entry platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to verbally and electronically communicate clearly with staff at all levels and with external dental partners.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in a dental, medical, or laboratory setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive paid training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team, maintaining high productivity without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of shipping logistics and familiarity with carrier platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is beneficial.
