Latitude is a media research firm powered by Lumiere, seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive awareness and interest among potential buyers. The role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, building targeted prospect lists, and optimizing email campaigns to ensure effective outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and ideal customer personas across media and technology; translate them into segmented audiences we can market to
  • Build and enrich targeted prospect lists, mapping decision-makers and buying signals to power multi-touch, one-to-many campaigns
  • Update PowerPoint decks tailored to common hand-raiser segments that the Research and Client Solutions team customizes for specific prospects
  • Plan, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns in HubSpot; A/B test subject lines and content to decide what to keep, kill, or rebuild
  • Run paid LinkedIn campaigns and the analytics behind them, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support our presence at industry conferences and events: pre-event audience-building and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Score inbound and outbound engagement, qualify hand-raisers on fit and intent signals, and route them to the right senior team member
  • Run regular campaign performance reporting and share with the team what’s working and what isn’t

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or email/lifecycle marketing — at a research firm, agency, or B2B company. Internship experience welcomed
  • At least 1 year of that experience in an in-person or hybrid setting
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot), and list-building / data enrichment tools (Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • Beginner to Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills for campaign assets and internal reporting
  • Comfort with metrics: conversion rates, response rates, and basic A/B reads
