[Remote] Cloud Project Engineer (MSP | Microsoft Cloud)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bowman Williams is a Cloud Managed Services Provider supporting mid-market clients in the energy and utilities sector. They are seeking a Cloud Project Engineer to design and implement Azure-centric cloud environments, lead cloud projects, and contribute to cloud and infrastructure modernization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure-centric cloud environments
- Lead and support cloud projects for SMB and mid-market clients
- Build and manage Azure architecture (VNets, ARM, identity)
- Work with Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot, and modern endpoint deployments
- Support automation and Power Platform initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve reliability and scalability
- Contribute to cloud and infrastructure modernization efforts
Skills
- Recent MSP experience is required
- MSP industry experience (must-have)
- Strong hands-on Azure architecture experience
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune/Autopilot
- Comfort working in project-based, client-facing environments
- Ability to design solutions—not just follow runbooks
- Clear communicator who can work directly with stakeholders
