• Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing productivity.
• Answer incoming service calls, adjust technician schedules as needed, and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records, investigate concerns, and respond to special requirements, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally.
• Match the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
• Make outbound calls to keep the schedule filled, maintain the company's membership base, and educate customers on membership benefits to foster long-term relationships.

• Stay up-to-date with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Typing speed of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
