Experienced Freight Dispatchers & Owner-Operator Recruiters Needed We are seeking experienced freight dispatchers who also know how to recruit and manage Owner-Operators. What We Offer:

Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight dispatching
- Ability to book loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing Owner-Operators
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Proficient in logistics software, ELD systems, and load boards
- Ability to handle multiple loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry best practices
- Ready to start working immediately
