Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and maintain data in Jobspirex s systems and databases Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency Process and update customer orders and information efficiently Collaborate with team members to improve data workflows Prepare data reports and summaries as needed Follow Remotiuma's data privacy and security protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s or Bachelor s degree a plus) Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Eligibility Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must commit to at least 20 hours/week for part-time roles Must follow Skillvoraq's code of conduct and data protection policies
