Job Description
As a member of the Talensiq Airlines virtual team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will assist with inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using computers and various software applications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations Provide information regarding Flexara s services, policies, and promotions Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience
