About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Representative at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in our fraud investigation process, working closely with our customers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve account inquiries efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in customer service, fraud prevention, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Account Inquiries: Handle 25 or more account inquiries per hour for 5 or more assigned clients, providing accurate and timely information while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Fraud Detection and Response: Provide standard/scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues, ensuring prompt and effective communication with customers and merchants.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and complete lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts, and building credit card replacement orders.
  • Continuous Learning: Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through comprehensive training and research, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, customers, and merchants to resolve account inquiries and investigate potential credit card fraud cases.

Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Experience: No relevant experience required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Skills and Competencies: Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures, and works on routine to semi-routine assignments requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in a fraud-related field or customer service environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, merchants, and internal teams.
