• Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and opening admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Novatio School's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
• Executing systematic follow-up to transition families from inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all engagement details in a CRM, including precise notes, upcoming actions, and pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment activities in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect fresh leads What You Won’t Be Doing
• Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning as a high-volume call center operator
• Participating in events without actively delivering presentations or capturing prospective leads
• Devoting most of your time to back-office duties during active enrollment periods Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities Transform new family inquiries into qualified, well-informed applicants who successfully complete enrollment at Novatio School. Basic Requirements
• Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
• 1–2 years of customer service or comparable customer-facing experience
• Background working with children or families in settings such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar environments
• Confident making regular phone calls and navigating families through multi-stage procedures
• Excellent verbal communication abilities and the capacity to quickly establish trust
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems Nice-to-have Requirements
