Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and meticulously refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs and functionalities within our talent acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and integrate prompt solutions.
- Conduct systematic experimentation and A/B testing on different prompt strategies and model parameters to optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, and bias of AI-generated content, implementing corrective measures and ethical guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques, generative AI, and natural language understanding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt creation, iteration, and deployment.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI capabilities, identifying new opportunities for leveraging LLMs to enhance our product offerings.
- Provide mentorship and guidance on prompt engineering principles to team members.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience specifically in prompt engineering or a closely related AI/NLP role.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Gemini).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with prompt chaining, few-shot learning, and other advanced prompting techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working with AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, or similar.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
