Fintech Capital Raising & Partnerships Lead Alpha Hub is seeking a highly motivated Capital Raising & Partnerships Lead to drive investor outreach, build strategic relationships, and support fundraising execution across the fintech and private capital ecosystem. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys opening doors, managing investor conversations, and helping close capital with venture firms, private equity groups, family offices, and high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building instincts, excellent follow-through, and the confidence to represent Alpha Hub in front of sophisticated investors and strategic partners. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple conversations at once, and keeping pipeline activity organized from first meeting through close. Experience in capital raising, investor relations, private markets, or business development in fintech is highly valued. What you’ll do:

  • Lead outreach to prospective investors and strategic partners.
  • Manage investor follow-up, meeting cadence, pipeline tracking, and next steps.
  • Coordinate diligence materials, data room access, investor updates, and reporting.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and monitor conversion progress.
  • Support leadership with decks, memos, summaries, and outreach materials.
  • Represent Alpha Hub in investor meetings, webinars, demo sessions, and events.
  • Translate investor feedback into actionable internal updates.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in capital raising, investor relations, business development, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • A disciplined, proactive approach to follow-up and relationship management.
  • Comfort engaging institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision.

Compensation:
