About the position Vivant eliminates internet, phone, and WiFi outages for multi-location businesses — guaranteed. We're scaling from $7M to $20M MRR and building a lean, high-output marketing function. You'll be one of two marketing hires working directly with the founder. This is an execution role. The Head of Demand Generation sets the strategy. You make it happen. If you're the type of person who needs to be told exactly what to do every day, this isn't for you. Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns and sequences in Go High Level.
  • Own the publishing calendar across LinkedIn, email, and the website.
  • Build and test landing pages and lead magnets, tracking conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistent social media posting, primarily on LinkedIn, tied to ICP targeting.
  • Update the weekly KPI dashboard for campaign performance tracking without being asked.
  • Handle logistics, materials, and follow-up sequences for events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Identify customer case study candidates, coordinate interviews, and produce written and video assets.
  • Perform website updates including content updates, landing page creation, and basic SEO hygiene.
  • Create graphic design assets using Canva or equivalent for social media, ads, one-pagers, and email.

Requirements

  • Proven execution of B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM, including building automations and sequences.
  • Strong copywriting skills, capable of writing engaging cold email subject lines and LinkedIn posts.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage personal deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and the ability to adapt without sacrificing output quality.
  • Basic graphic design skills to produce clean, on-brand materials.
