UPS is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while playing a crucial role in ensuring our data integrity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed. Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies. Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Support various departments with data-related tasks and queries. Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and systems. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Additional Information: Work Schedule: Flexible hours, but must be available for core hours between 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Training: Comprehensive training provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your role. Equipment: Company-provided computer and software. Reporting: You will report directly to the Data Manager. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field. Familiarity with database management systems. Previous experience working in a remote environment. Knowledge of UPS services and operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
