Sales & Marketing Visits existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and year sales targets as agreed with Manager. Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales Develops relationships and cultivates wide range of business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales. Manages existing and acquire new customers in assigned territories under general supervision of the Manager. Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions. Facilitate sales operation activities. Clinical Support Attends cases in hospital labs for case coverage by preparing surgical suite and tools; and coordinating with physicians for app setup and device activation. Provides training and troubleshooting during and after procedures. Educates healthcare professionals and internal teams on product usage and technology updates. Offers initial and ongoing training for marketing and other sales reps on Interventional Cardiology systems. Job Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/ biomedical/ biomedical engineering or any medical-related field. Minimum 5 years as an experienced and independent in the area of specialties Experience and familiar with cardiovascular technologies will be advantageous. Sufficiency in English speaking is a must. Candidate must be proactive and has a strong willingness to learn. Excellent teamwork skill.
