The role: Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans. What will make you successful: Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC) Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly regarded Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology or Nursing Strong clinical reasoning Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal Passion to help people rehabilitate Demonstrated ability to work autonomously Ready to join?
