Job Summary The purpose of this role is to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned region, contributing to Roiback’s financial objectives. The role focuses on executing strategic commercial plans to meet country-level sales targets while also strengthening relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term client retention, satisfaction, and business expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and new business targets Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the assigned territory Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies and deliver client solutions Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities to inform sales approach Track and report on sales performance against targets and KPIs Skills and Experience Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking with the ability to execute commercial plans effectively Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS is a plus Fluent in English; additional regional languages are advantageous At HBX Group, we believe diversity fuels innovation and strengthens our mission to make travel a force for good.
