Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are professional, proactive, hard-working and have a strong work ethic and willingness to be a part of a well-functioning team. The primary purpose of the Medical Scribe is to bring more accuracy and organization to the physician by documenting 100% completion of their patient?s charts in a timely matter. These charts detail the physician-patient interaction in real-time through a paper or electronic medical record system. This position helps with increased provider productivity, patient satisfaction, and a more efficient workflow. Benefit: You are able to create your own schedule weeks in advance. Letters of recommendation provided for eligible employees. Requirements: ? Be able to pass a background check and drug screen. ? Must be able to complete, with a satisfactory score, the didactic and clinical training. ? Must provide all necessary documentation needed to be credentialed in a designated facility. ? Must have good time-management skills. ? Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and work well in high-pressure situations. ? Attention to detail and active listening skills are what comprise a great scribe. Preferred: ? Typing speed of at least 50 WPM ? Strong medical terminology knowledge ? 1 year(s) of clinical experience ?
