We are now seeking an experienced Remote Beauty Customer Service Specialist to join our team on behalf of our esteemed client, Sephora.

About the Role

As a Remote Beauty Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of Sephora, providing concierge-level customer service, making product recommendations, and connecting with customers about Sephora's products and services. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a world-leading beauty retailer's customer experience journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional solutions for customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and chat software while working remotely from home.
  • Demonstrate Sephora standards by delivering personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Fulfill client requests by processing transactions, completing orders, or forwarding client requests to the correct team for resolution.
  • Maintain composure, professionalism, and efficiency when dealing with disappointed clients, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Utilize positive, professional, and appropriate grammar and word choice in written communication with clients, reflecting Sephora's brand voice and values.
  • Proactively engage with the Sephora.com website and knowledge base to provide client solutions, staying up-to-date on products and services.
  • Display a positive, confident attitude when tackling new challenges and initiatives, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-quality service and meeting performance expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for the world of beauty, skincare, color, fragrance, body, smile care, and hair care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide personalized service.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a beauty or retail environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including chat software, email, and phone systems.
  • A reliable and stable internet connection, with a dedicated workspace that meets IntouchCX's remote work requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience working with Sephora or other beauty retailers.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
