As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in this mission. About the Overnight Position Our overnight shift runs during the evening and early morning hours, providing critical coverage for clients who need assistance around the clock. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility is to provide seamless support to clients seeking interpretation services. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Here is what you can expect in this role:

  • Client Intake and Information Gathering: You will assist clients by collecting accurate and detailed information about their communication needs. This includes understanding the nature of their request, the languages involved, and the context of their communication needs.
  • Interpreter Connection: Your core function will be to connect clients with qualified interpreters over the phone. You will facilitate the bridge between individuals who speak different languages, ensuring that vital conversations can occur smoothly and effectively.
  • High Volume Call Management: You will handle a significant volume of incoming calls during your shift. This requires the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor even during peak calling periods.
