Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering white-glove service to exclusive customers of a renowned luxury retail brand. You'll utilize your fashion sense and exceptional service skills to help customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and address any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
  • Make product recommendations and provide personalized service to customers, driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Utilize your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the customer experience

What You Bring to the Role

  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or high-end customer service environment
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • USB wired headset (or alternative headset, excluding Bluetooth)
  • Smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (e.g., iPad)
