Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of arenaflex, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance on America's most reliable network. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle inbound calls from both existing and prospective customers, addressing inquiries about installation, disconnection, service changes, billing concerns, and more. Beyond simply resolving issues, you will build lasting relationships, identify customer needs, and proactively recommend products and services that enrich our customers' lives. Your work will directly contribute to monthly sales goals while reinforcing customer loyalty and confidence in the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer experience team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, responding to a wide range of requests related to installation, disconnection, and changes to service.
  • Relationship Building: Instill confidence and foster long-term loyalty in every customer interaction through thoughtful, active listening and a deep understanding of their unique needs.
  • Product Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service, retain, and upsell customers, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend products and services that align with their goals, contributing to monthly sales targets and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Product Information: Respond to customer questions about arenaflex products, services, pricing, promotions, and features with clarity and accuracy.
  • Order Management: Verify the accuracy and completeness of service orders, making necessary corrections and changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collections: Negotiate the collection of overdue bills professionally and compassionately, balancing customer relationships with business objectives.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required by the operational needs of the business.
  • Systems Navigation: Manage various systems, databases, and work tools efficiently while engaging in live phone conversations with customers.

  • Location Requirement: Must live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the duration of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications (Even Better If You Have)

  • An Associate Degree in a related field, or two or more years of relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • Prior experience working in a customer service call center environment.
  • Previous collections experience, with a track record of successfully negotiating payment arrangements.
  • Direct experience selling products and services over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, billing platforms, and contact center technologies.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex is proud to offer a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support you in every aspect of your life—both inside and outside of work. Our benefits include:

  • Competitive Base Pay: For candidates hired into California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C., the weekly compensation range for this position is between $577.00 and $1,775.00, based on a full-time schedule and confirmed job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted to reflect scheduled hours.

Scheduled Weekly Hours
