Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Senior Program Marketing Specialist to lead the U.S. Customer Education and Programs for our groundbreaking Renal Denervation (RDN) therapy. This remote‑first role will manage existing peer‑to‑peer education initiatives, develop new programmatic offerings, and partner closely with healthcare professionals (HCPs), sales teams, and internal stakeholders to accelerate adoption of the arenaflex Blood Pressure Procedure across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Execution: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the arenaflex Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in‑person peer‑to‑peer events, national broadcasts, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) offerings.
  • Field Support: Partner with field sales representatives and market development specialists to ensure seamless execution of programmatic initiatives and provide on‑the‑ground support during conferences, POA meetings, and rep training sessions.
  • Faculty Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with HCP faculty, ensuring all communications remain on‑label, scientifically accurate, and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee compliance processes, maintain meticulous documentation, and secure necessary approvals for all educational content and promotional materials.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal partners and HCP faculty to create topic‑specific webinars, digital assets, and promotional items that address emerging educational needs.
  • Market Insight: Analyze barriers to adoption of the arenaflex Blood Pressure Procedure, synthesize clinical data, and recommend new or evolved educational programs to accelerate market penetration.
  • Project Management: Lead cross‑functional project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality educational experiences.
  • Travel: Participate in on‑site program delivery, conferences, and training events, traveling up to 20% of the time as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing, sales, or customer education within the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and deliver results in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other advanced qualification (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD).
  • 3+ years of experience developing content for HCP audiences, translating clinical data into compelling educational materials.
