As a Remote Client Advisor, you'll assist individuals as they explore travel opportunities, answer questions, and coordinate details that contribute to a positive planning experience. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while developing professional skills in client relations, travel coordination, and customer support.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and objectives Present available travel options that align with client needs and expectations Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences Help clients navigate reservation requests and planning-related processes Provide timely responses to inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel information Review confirmations and itinerary details to help ensure accuracy Research destinations, travel experiences, and supplier offerings when needed Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and industry developments Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
