- Advising insurers in multi-million-dollar coverage disputes involving commercial liability policies.
- Successfully resolving complex declaratory judgment actions involving disputed coverage obligations.
- Defending carriers in bad faith and extra-contractual exposure matters.
- Providing coverage analysis for catastrophic injury, construction defect, and professional liability claims.
- Counseling insurers on high-exposure reservation of rights, indemnity, and defense obligation issses.
- Representing carriers in state and federal courts on policy interpretation disputes
- Managing sophisticated third-party liability coverage matters involving significant financial exposure.

- You will:Analyze complex insurance coverage issues
- Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters

- Salary: $155,000–$205,000
