Lead Management Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities: Lead client engagements from inception to completion, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to address client needs in areas such as operational improvement, market entry, digital transformation, and organizational design. Conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify key insights and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders at all levels. Develop compelling presentations and recommendations for senior executives. Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients. Mentor and develop junior consultants within the project team. Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and practice development initiatives. Identify opportunities for follow-on work and business development. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that exceed client expectations. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in management consulting. Manage and motivate a remote project team to achieve collective goals. Qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful client engagements. Deep expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., strategy, operations, finance, marketing, technology). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change. Strong project management and leadership capabilities. Experience working in a fully remote consulting environment, demonstrating exceptional self-management and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, if required (though the role is primarily remote). A passion for problem-solving and driving client success.
