This EA steps in to absorb overflow, provide cross-domain perspective, and serve as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution — without adding friction to a team that''''''''''''''''s already moving fast. What You''''''''''''''''ll Do
- Partner with Product Architects to absorb workload on in-flight initiatives and reduce bottlenecks
- Translate complex business needs into clear architectural direction — serving as a trusted translator between executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide cross-domain architectural governance and patterns across enterprise systems
- Drive alignment on integration standards, roadmap dependencies, and platform decisions
- Document current and target state architectures to support planning and prioritization
What We''''''''''''''''re Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise architecture experience, ideally in highly regulated enterprise environments
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and executive communication skills — this role requires as much people skill as technical skill
- Demonstrated ability to operate across business and technology without losing either audience
- Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF or similar) and cloud-based architecture patterns
- Ability to ramp quickly, earn trust fast, and add immediate value to an overloaded team
